If Diagnostics Port not exists: NEW METOD

1.Disable usb debugging if enabled

2.Type "###2324#" in dial screen.

3.Phone must display "Diag Protector OFF".

3.1.Some phones will open window with diag setting.

3.2.Check "diag" checkbox in this window .

4.Install phone drivers if need use "AlcatelQualcomDrivers.rar" from support.

5.Extract arhive and use "DriverInstaller.exe" to install or uninstall drivers.

6.Check if diagnostic drivers is installed in device manager.

7.Perform read info or unlock.
